The framework we use to build our highly functional applications for the web browser environment consists of server- and client-side software components, which allow for implementation of applications that run using “client side XML”. Our enterprise products are multilingual, highly scalable, flexible and easy to integrate with other applications and databases.

Multilingual Capabilities
All enterprise applications are multilingual-ready, making it easy to build and manage complex multilingual data structures. New languages can be added very quickly without the need for re-programming. This provides functionality to perform multilingual queries, result display and data manipulation.

Flexibility
Our enterprise products are dynamic to the metadata-enabling applications to be easily updated and extended as required. The application enables robust user customization and permission capabilities. Each application can be customized to provide a wide range of solutions, including Adobe .pdf forms and reports, personal website creation and legal document management. Each solution is scaled to thousands of users on both Windows and Unix platforms.

Integration with External Databases and Systems
The XML architecture provides very efficient integration with external databases and legacy systems. Use of a metadata XML structures mean that the application is effectively independent of the external database structure. One of our current projects involves integrating with 8 large external databases.

Rapid and Efficient Development
Our enterprise products tools, components and API allow for rapid development and customization of applications. All code is written in standard, open web technologies (XML/XSL/Java Script) for efficient development and management.

Client Side XML
Client side XML is where a compact data set is downloaded to the client machine. All rendering, browsing and data manipulation is then done on the client machine without recourse back to the server. This is all done with XML/XSL/JavaScript components with no need for installation or lengthy downloads. The key benefit of client side XML applications is the speed and functionality of an installed application, with the ease of development, deployment and management of a web application. It also means that applications are significantly more scalable than traditional web server architectures.
